Avec beaucoup d’habileté, les Bunong, peuple autochtone, exploitent les forêts et les champs de l’est du Cambodge. Le grain de riz incarne à la fois le respect du cycle de la nature et des traditions, une gestion équilibrée des ressources et le culte spirituel des ancêtres ; mais avec l’avènement de la modernité et de la mondialisation, cet équilibre est rompu. With many skillful techniques, the indigenous Bunong people manage the forests and fields of eastern Cambodia. The rice grain embodies the ideas of preserving natural cycles and tradition, balanced stewardship, and spiritual veneration of ancestors; with the advent of modernity and globalization, this balance is being eroded.
